This policy explains how Owena Labs Inc. (“Owena Labs,” “we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through the website at owena.ai (the “Site”).
This policy covers the Site only. Our products have their own privacy policies. If you are a Pico customer or merchant, the policy that applies to you is published at paywithpico.com.
The Site is a simple informational website. We collect very little.
We do not ask for or collect names, phone numbers, payment details, or account credentials through this Site. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal information.
The Site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting and security provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect against abuse and to deliver the Site reliably.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our lawful bases are legitimate interests (operating and securing a company website, replying to correspondence) and, where relevant, compliance with a legal obligation.
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site — currently our hosting, DNS, and email providers — and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Server logs are retained for a short period, typically no more than 90 days, unless retained longer to investigate a security incident. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed for the matter it concerns and our ordinary business records.
We use TLS encryption in transit, restrict access to correspondence to the people who need it, and rely on reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to processing, to request portability, and to withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.

We are based in the United States, and information collected through the Site is processed there. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected there.
